I do not believe it's fair to touch the pension of workers who are already in it. Even if they wanted to grandfather it someway and say, the new pension reform only applies to those with say 10 years of service or less. However, to change someone's pension benefits who have been a part of the system for 15 or 20 years plus is so unfair. Everything should remain the same for employees with all of these years meaning pension based on salary for the last 3 years, and early retirement at 25 years of service or the age 55. The public workers are the lowest paid, and always catches the short end of the stick, because even on our jobs, we are worked as race horses while administrators make all of the big money and even know how to use Microsoft Office suite, let alone, sign on to the email. Unreal.
