I'm tired of listening to these so-called advocate groups stating that there is no harm to being morbidy obese. This woman clearly has an addiction problem. She's setting a terrible example for her daughter. When she inevitably ends up in the hospital with a heart attack or another ailment it will be nearly impossible to care for her since she will be too big for any imaging studies or other procedures. She should start saving money now for a gastric bypass surgery and the psychiatric counseling that she clearly needs.
