Something needs to be done and the emergency personel NEED to be held accountable for mishandling this call. This is a serious infraction. To tell a child who witness his dad being shot - and having him describe the wound and blood... and whether he is breathing??? BREATHING!!??? WHO CARES!!! He''s been shot.. he NEEDS and ambulance. SHOT? bring the cops with you then. Make an informed, adult, first responder decision. !! holy crap!
