Sweeney is NOT the present Senate President

Codey is still calling the shots along with Roberts. Sweeney is only one vote. Codey is enjoying watching Sweeney "swing" but he himself has done nothing to push this legislation. If Codey and Roberts introduce this on Monday then a vote will occur. Sweeney can't introduce the bill. Want to blame someone ,blame Codey and Roberts.
