Ok, is Gayle really as moronic as this show is portraying her or is this yet another shining example of fake reality TV completely scripted with a producer-written ending already determined at the beginning of the season? Gayle acted as if she was over the Olivia/Tracy drama, then once they settled down, she had her own episodes of drama and unprofessionalism with Alexa. Now she hires the most dramatic trainwreck to hit that show yet. Gayle gives Olivia a raise then immediately takes it away from her for absolutely no reason. Why would Olivia stay??? Then, a NEW employee at an equal level decides to take it upon herself to "mold" Olivia by constantly calling her makeup "drag queen looking" in front of her clients and giving her unsolicited makeup tips by going behind her back to touch up her clients when she steps away for a minute. Now if this is indicative of mature, team player mentality, I need to be institutionalized yesterday because I'm seeing something else entirely. Again, Gayle can not POSSIBLY be this stupid.... and Style Network, neither are your viewers. Smarten up... I know this is for drama and ratings but please, save the contrived, unbelievable, poorly scripted outcomes. This show is juicy enough without such obvious sabotage by production. I'm quickly going from a die-hard fan to disinterested. Fire Doria and stop insulting your viewers. Just give us the believable, hilarious Jersey drama everyone has come to love!!!
