It's a shame that Tracy is so mean spirited. What started their feud in the first place? Every time poor Olivia tries to squash it, Tracy pounds back harder. Not to pick on Tracy but she put a HUGE target on her back when she said, and I quote, "Olivia is weak. And I love to prey on the weak, because it's fun!". Who does that? It's fun to hurt people? Where is her head? As for Alexis, I understand she wants to protray herself as a professional but a little kindness can go along way. Being high and mighty won't bring you clintel. I love the owner and her daughter. This is how management should work. Encouragement, kindness, and patience. All in all, those of bad behavior should know that when the show airs and it showcases their high maintience attitudes and immaturity that it will hurt their business and reduce their clientel.
