What about Congressmen Smith (R-4th)? He's a moderate socially-conservative economically-pro-labor congressman. What's his position on the bill? I expect completely conservative congressmen such as Frelinghuysen (R-11th) and Garrett (R-5th) are completely opposed to any healthcare reform.
