what the fk is up with Alexas hair and make up? she just looks crazy. like she's a flower child. she needs some weed and campground to live in. she is doing make up works in salon? hair looks unhealthy fried, choppy, split, and the blush/cheek make up w t h?? she's a nut job along with tracy. luvn Olivia.. girl keep struttn and walk like u hear music everytime you move and you WANT tracy to keep kissing your ass. Okay i get it u guys hate tracy but! she is devoted to her work she said she would take off some of her hair for the model , she is a kind person at heart but you guys maybe somthing happen in her childhood and turned her mean. Mabye if you stop post so rude and mean comments maybe she'll turn nicer on the show. Stop being mean , But i do agree she is really mean but comeon she doesnt have a black heart!

I am almost 45 years old, and I have to agree with everyone else. Tracy has real issues. Does Jersey have shrinks for cases like this. She really is making the salon look bad and so many people have said, please dont judge Jersey on this show. Well, I could go on and on but she not only makes the salon look bad but people who live in Jersey as well. Olivia has attempted to take the higher road on several different times, but Tracy feels the need to get the last word in only making her look dumber and dumber. Have you seen any of the interviews (very quick ones)? She is dumber than a box of rocks. Hey Tracy if you do get any tip money, please do everyone a favor and use it towards and education, and fashion advise, and speach lessons. She had been known to say everybody loves how she looks and dresses, well I bet if we did a voters pole, it would say diferent. Gayle you got a good thing going on, and you put the trash to the street once, you just need to do it again and not dig back through it.

I agree, Tracy is so insecure and you hit it on the head with Olivia's ex head. Tracy is jealous of Olivia because she is a man and wants to be beautiful and petite like Olivia. Gayle shouldn't hire people who think they are better than the her and the " glam fairy" she is insecure as well and wouldn't know how to lead a team if her life depended on it. If you are as good as she thinks you wouldn't brag to try to convince anyone. She is ugly too with her nasty makeup. Olivia should just smile everytime that gorilla Tracy comes around.
