Useless Legislation - A bill that combats guns..not criminals..

Looks like criminals are exempt as well....another useless "smoke and mirror" bill turned into Law from NJ. I hope that our legislative body can inform the criminals that they can only steal 1 gun every 30 days. NJ doesn't understand that guns are tools...band them and criminals will use something else. We need Criminal Control..not gun control.
