I'm glad to hear that NJ might finally get in step with the rest of the USA. Once I ordered wine from CA and it had to be delivered to me from a local liquor store. This is an unnecessary restriction on trade. It's about time consumers were allowed to purchase wine from a dealer of their choice and have it delivered quickly and efficiently to their homes. Also, it's about time that our supermarkets and other food stores are allowed to sell wine and beer. Restricting such sales has done nothing to reduce illegal sales to minors. I can go into NY and easily buy groceries and wine at the same time. Let's fix this law to benefit the general public too.
