The most hated mother in America wants to close the book and start over.
Stories are saying that Casey Anthony has turned to religion, and wants to be baptized later this month as a symbol of a fresh start for her since she was acquitted of murdering her daughter Caylee eight months ago.
According to the International Business Times, reports say Anthony is living in a church in Florida and receiving help from a pastor.
"She figured getting baptized would be the best way start this new chapter in her life. It's a new beginning,” sources told Radar Online. "Casey believes that Caylee is with God now and wants to ensure her own salvation so that she'll see her daughter again someday."
Anthony released a four-minute video of herself in January talking about her life after the trial. Any discussion of her daughter, her parents or anything about the trial was not included in the video.
Anthony has revealed a new hair style, a nose ring and a new puppy in her videos, but that’s about it. She said, according to Radar Online, "I'm really starting to feel good about a lot of things. It's about time. I'm just happy. I'm really happy."
Mail Online reports that Anthony is also being sued for defamation after she first told detectives that nanny Zenaida Gonzalez had kidnapped her daughter. Anthony does not want to appear in court for the trial due to fears for her own safety.
She is also currently on probation on a check fraud charge.
