Governor Christie Thursday nominated lawyers Timothy W. Chell of Sewell and Michael E. Hubner of Pompton Plains for state Superior Court judgeships. The governor renominated for tenure on the bench judges Allison E. Accurso of West Amwell, Peter F. Bariso, Jr. of Bayonne, Nan S. Famular of Audubon, Barry P. Sarkisian of Jersey City, and Sheila A. Venable of Kearny.

Christie nominated Richard T. Burke of Hackettstown to be Warren County prosecutor. He nominated Shirley R. Wilson of Seaville to the Delaware River and Bay Authority and renominated former U.S. Rep.
