The Gatsby Salon is amazing. I've been going there for 5 years. The only problem I have with this show is that no one in the cast really works at the Gatsby. I was talking to the woman who does my hair, Annie, and she isn't even in the show! They film after hours and bring in women from all over New Jersey. Gatsby is a very modern salon and it's really nice. These women they're bringing in are the stereotypical Jersey Girls. If you're going to judge this salon, or the owners (who are the only ones who work at the Gatsby and are actually on the show), visit the salon. You will see that it is filled with down to earth, genuine people. Not the fake girls the television station hired. "Maybe then they can build up a clientele." As for that, they have amazing clients. They are booked sometimes weeks in advance, and it's not because of this show. It's been that way for a very long time. It's because they have many professional hair stylists who actually know what they are doing.
