Hate to be 'that guy'.. The Master was shot and projected in a Panavision 70mm format like the old days of Ben Hur, Lawrence of Arabia, etc.. It's a wide screen format where the IMAX 70mm like The Dark Knight Rises is tall and more square. either way it is a format that wipes the floor with current digital theatrical formats.
