Caught in the middle

It is not the right thing to do to put customer in the middle of negotiation. Those who sitting in the decision chair should have better knowledge in business punish the consumer are not the way to go. We can write e-mail, boycott, change service provider but will never change those greedy misconduct behavior of those executive. When the battle will end?
