John Kennedy & Womanizing

There are psychological concomitants contributing to sexual behaviors such as those of John F. Kennedy (Mimi and her new book). It is a myriad, not the sex drive, but compensatory behavior, relationship with the mother, self-indulgence in youth, certain family displacement behavior, and other factors -- some might add selfishness.

Why wasn't the word predatory used in the interview? A 45 year old president of the United States who serves alcohol to a 19 year old intern (away from home, family and friends = vulnerability). MiMi Alford was believable. Her reasons for writing her book seem reasonable to me. She wanted her family to know her side of the story (the media would have eventually outed her- as Barbara said quite often (annoying and rude behavior, Barbara. You usually handle yourself better then this. Was embarrassed by your interview, to say the least! It was hypocritical for Barbara to ask MiMi why she was putting Caroline and her children through this- Didn't Barbara write an autobiography, Audition, where she claimed that she had an affair in the 1970s with Edward Brooke, then a married United States Senator from Massachusetts? Wasn't she worried about putting Senator Brookes family through that? And I am sure Barbara Walters made A LOT OF MONEY with her book!!!
Barbara, I used to look up to you because you seemed to keep your interviews professional. You were anything but professional during this interview. You embarrassed yourself. You owe MiMi Alford an apology. I've been a faithful viewer since the beginning of your show. You were rude and outed yourself as a typical liberal (with a typical do as I say, not as I do!). I will be turning the View off until I hear that you have apologized to Ms. Alford and addressed your own book, Auditions and explained why YOU put his family through it and let your viewers know exactly how much money you made with your book! So disappointed in you, Barbara! Shame Shame on you!
