Republican Texas Congressman Ron Paul got into another scuffle with barely relevant Republican presidential candidate, Rick Santorum, on the issue of foreign policy. More specifically, the root cause of Islamic fanaticism and what motivates disenfranchised Muslims to rise up and attack the U.S. and her citizens.

Rick Santorum, in sticking to the ridiculously redundant and Fox News tested talking point, parroted the dangerously myopic rhetoric that makes Halliburton richer and our military thinner in numbers.

“They hate us because we are free society,” said Rick Santorum to a cliche-ridden raucous applause at the Tea party Republican debate in Tampa, Fla.

Ron Paul, having the foresight and firm understanding of the unintended consequences of American Interventionism and Imperialism in the Middle East, vigorously debunked this political callowness in three short words.

“That is nonsense!,” said Ron Paul in rejection of Mr. Santorum’s foolish comment.

Congressman Paul is famed for his foreign policy squabbles with the less-than-stellar political opponents that it has almost become a signature thing to watch. Football fans endured agonizing Bengals games to watch the garrulous end-zone celebrations of wide receiver Chad “Ocho cinco” Johnson, politicos tune into Republican snooze-fests to watch Ron Paul handily thrash a weak-minded foreign policy opponent. It’s almost akin to watching a lion eat its young.

The media is turning up the heat against Ron Paul and will soon start to slander his name only for speaking truth. Major news corporations first tried to write him off. Then they tried to black him out. Now they will try to destroy his good name. Thank you for writing this article. By the way, you should write an article explaing why Ron Paul was not given a chance to explain the workings of the true TERRORIST organization we all know as the FEDERAL RESERVE at the most recent GOP debate.
