Laurie is an award-winning columnist and features reporter. She worked for 11 years at the Home News Tribune in East Brunswick. Her weekly column was published in the Home News Tribune, the Courier News and The Daily Journal. Granieri's work also has appeared on National Public Radio's "This I Believe" program. She is now the director of public relations for Rutgers University's Mason Gross School of the Arts.
