Now that Dina Manzo has left the show after having her fill of Danielle Staub, who will be her replacement? Rumor has it that Elvira Grau, a Russian immigrant and creator of 2 of the hottest entertainment venues in N.J., will now be sharing the small screen with the cast of socialites.

Grau, who came to America at the age of 9, has been quoted saying "I am a Russian immigrant that grew up in Brooklyn on food stamps and now I am living in an affluent neighborhood in Cresskill, with a fabulous family, doing what I enjoy most," she said. "That's a true success story. If there is one thing I want people to take from this is that with hard work, perseverance and complete focus, you can go everywhere you want to go."

Looks like adding reality TV star will be a nice addition to her very own rags to riches story.

Grau who is the Owner of Space Odyssey in Englewood, N.J. will be featured on the show as the event producer for Housewife Teresa's Giudice child's 5th birthday at Grau's newly-launched Space Port in Paterson. Grau was also the event planner for Giudice's housewarming party at their private home with more than 100 guests!

Maybe having some fresh blood on the show will breath some fresh air into what has become a weekly display of high school drama and playground theatrics, mostly thanks to Danielle's (I hope I don't find a horse head in my bed) paranoia.

You can get a closer look at Elvira this Monday night at Space Odyssey in Englewood as part of the "live viewing" of the show and Teresa's "Skinny Italian" book event. Tickets cost $25.

When: Monday June 21st, 7:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Where: Space Odyssey USA, 491 South Dean Street, Englewood, N.J., (201) 567-3810

Who: "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice, famous for table flipping, celebrates the release of her top selling book "Skinny Italian", a NY Times No. 1 Best Seller.

What: $25 includes a copy of Teresa's book "Skinny Italian", chilled champagne bellini and appetizers using Teresa's recipes.

There are two pictures of the American Dream that hang in the ethos of our mind: the one where you work hard, try and do what’s right, have a few lucky breaks and life rewards you. The payoff is the realization that the journey and your family and friends are what’s truly important.

Teresa and Joe represent the other picture: the one where self-absorption, shallowness and irresponsibility provide a quick high of ecstasy, meanwhile they ignore the painful hangover that surly awaits them at sunrise. The payoff is realizing that they’re no better than anyone else; that arrogance (“I’m a good person...”), although initially a crushing hammer against the tact and politeness they’re void of, will always get sandbagged by the tortoise of humility; and that easy money and flash, usually buys a one-way ticket to the poorhouse. However, in this case, it's on the backs of the American people with Teresa and her husband Joe's Chapter 7 filing. Sp, yes, be sure to go support these poor souls of over indulgence so they can keep their humble 10,000 sq ft abode.
