Outside of the Manhattan strip club Scores Monday night, there was a lot of kicking, screaming, and crying. No, we're not talking about the "Jersey Shore" antics, headed by the famous "The Situation", but rather, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" and, what we like to call, "The Instigation." When an uninvited Kim Granatell, with an entourage in tow, crashed Danielle Staub's 49th birthday party, Staub had a fit.

Granatell, Tom Murro's guest to the event, caused a fuss when she made her way onto the red carpet — the first of the night. Cameras flashed. Questions were asked. And the instigator, Kim G., gave a "Happy Birthday, Danielle" shout-out for Tom, and a series of "No Comment" replies for everyone else.

Staub, the guest of honor, refused to leave her limousine for almost an hour, refusing to get out until Kim G was escorted off of the red carpet. "Danielle had to wait for her own birthday party...I loved it!" Granatell later commented. "She didn't even get into the place and her night was ruined!" According to Granatell, this is not the first time she's stolen Staub's thunder. "Two for two! I supposedly ruined last year's birthday party that I gave her."

Eventually, Staub made her way onto her own red carpet, barely able to contain her disdain for Granatell. When Murro, New Jersey's Celebrity Maganet, asked if she would let Granatell into her party, she replied, "Kim who? Who? Who?" before shaking her head and turning away. All in a night's work for "The Instigation" as she headed out for a bite to eat in her black Bentley with Murro and a few of their friends. Granatell did have one more important thing to say before leaving, "Mission Accomplished!".
