An actor from New Jersey with over 30 years in the business has died.

Stephen Lee died of a heart attack on August 14 in California at the age of 58.

Lee played a number of roles, but he was another actor who played a memorable role on “Seinfeld.”  According to Deadline, in a 1997 episode he portrayed Conrad, a man who installed Jerry’s kitchen cabinets and converted George’s desk into a convenient napping facility.

According to IMDB Lee, who was born in Englewood, appeared in 200 television shows and in 39 movies. He has appeared in Bones, and NCIS, and made a critically acclaimed appearance in Boston Legal in 2004.

The Hollywood Reporter noted that Lee got his first onscreen credit in 1981 for the series Hart to Hart Other appearances included roles in Scarecrow and Mrs. King, Who’s the Boss?, Hill Street Blues, Valerie, Family Ties, Nash Bridges, Roseanne, Quantum Leap, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Everybody Loves Raymond, Cybill, Murder One, The Drew Carey Show, and Grey’s Anatomy.

People reported that Lee’s movie credits included La Bamba, Burlesque, La Bamba, The Negotiator, and War Games.
