Actor, producer, and fashion designer Sean Combs — the man who characterized the word, Swag, has decided to make yet, another temporary change to his stage name. P. Diddy announced his new moniker via Twitter and even set up a new Twitter account to reflect the change.

According to Urban Dictionary's definition of Swagger, the word can be used as a noun or as a verb meaning “To move with confidence, sophistication and to be cool. Swagger is to conduct yourself in a way that would automatically earn respect.”

In a web video, the music mogul, who resides in Alpine, said he's decided to christen himself "Swag" in honor of his comeback. According to the Examiner.com, "Swag" decided to make a comeback after a week of battling the flu and thought he would have some fun by creating a new moniker.

We're thinking his comeback is part of his March "Diddy-Dirty Money" performance of the single "Coming Home" with singer/songwriter Skylar Grey and two female background vocalists Dawn Richard and Kalenna Harper, live on American Idol. Ryan Seacrest introduced the presentation, which began with Grey at the piano singing the song's opening melody. Diddy-Dirty Money's part lasted four minutes, MTV reported.

Then, on April 18, Diddy, I mean "Swag" appeared Season one's 21st episode of Hawaii Five-0 as undercover cop, Reggie Cole, a New York detective investigating the murder of his wife.

According to 99.7 FM, during a short web video, Combs stated that throughout his career fans, foes, and media have known him by many names, including Puff, Puffy, Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, Diddy, King Combs, and now, for a week only, we will know him as "Swag."

Combs, the winner of three Grammy Awards and two MTV Video Music Awards, also earned a Council of Fashion Designers of America award for his clothing line. Born in Harlem, New York, and raised in Mount Vernon, New York, Combs left Howard University to become a top executive at Uptown Records and later founded Bad Boy Records in 1993.

Earnings from his companies and business ventures, Bad Boy Entertainment Worldwide and Bad Boy Records, clothing lines Sean John & Sean by Sean Combs, movie production company and two restaurants earned Combs the title of the wealthiest figure in the hip-hop industry in 2011 by Forbes Magazine.

The father of six and business tycoon wears the hat of recording executive, performer, producer of MTV's "Making the Band," writer, clothing designer, and movie and Broadway actor. Forbes estimated his net worth at $475 million.
