It's going to be a New York J.E.T.S...Jets...Jets...Jets weekend for Gov. Chris Christie
On Saturday, Christie will attend a fan rally for the AFC championship game bound New York Jets at 11 a.m. at the team's Atlantic Health Jets Training Center at 1 Jets Dr. in Florham Park. But the team will already be in Pittsburgh, practicing to take on the Steelers. The winner goes to the Super Bowl in Dallas.
And when the whistle blows for the opening kickoff at Heinz Field at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, Christie will be in a luxury box cheering the Jets on.
The governor's office declined to respond when asked if the governor was attending as a guest of the Jets, another organization or individual or if he would be joined by his family.
