A Cherry Hill man is facing assault and harassment charges after police say he intentionally vomited on the 11-year-old daughter of an off-duty police Captain and two police officers during a Phillies-Nationals game Wednesday evening.

Police say Matthew Clemmens' assault began after a friend of his was tossed from the stadium for unruly behavior.

Captain Michael Vangelo, an Easton, Pennsylvania police officer, said he witnessed Clemmens sticking his fingers down his throat, forcing himself to regurgitate onto his daughter, Vangelo and then the arresting officer before punching Vangelo.

Clemmens was arraigned Friday morning.

Typical Phillies fan! First they throw batteries at J.D. Drew and now this Phillies fan intentionally vomits on an 11 year old girl. What is next?
