If Tim Tebow ever appears in a Lady Gaga video then we can be assured that the apocalypse is on its way.

While Lady Gaga, who recorded some of her early material in Passaic, is a Giants fan, Tebow appears to have even “converted” her. She posted on Twitter after the Broncos overtime victory on Sunday: "Giants fan but wow. #Tebow Thats what the f*** a champion looks like."

Gaga reportedly watches football on Sundays when she isn’t on the road, but it’s doubtful that she and Tebow would ever become fast friends. Ology.com reports that Gaga ate a rosary in the music video for “Alejandro,” played Mary Magdalene in the video for “Judas,” and dressed as a nun being spanked by a priest in the Gaga by Gaultier documentary.

Meanwhile, Tebow regularly cites the Bible, particularly the passage John 3:16, which reads: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." Many have taken note of that verse since Tebow began marching the Denver Broncos to the playoffs.

According to Yahoo Sports, Tebow recorded 316 yards passing and averaged 31.6 yards for each pass on Sunday. And reports say the TV ratings for the final quarter hour of the playoff game came out to 31.6. CBS received a 25.9 overnight rating for the game, best in nearly 25 years.

Tebow’s marketing potential may have no boundaries. His advertising partners include Jockey, Nike and FRS Energy drinks, according to USA Today. And sales of his No. 15 Broncos jersey are behind only those of quarterback Aaron Rodgers of the Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers.

Elsewhere, humorist Andy Borowitz tweeted, "BREAKING: God defeats Satan in overtime," adding, 'A child asks: 'If there is a Tim Tebow, why is there so much pain & suffering in the world?'"
