Alan Steinberg to talk U.S. presidential race on News 12 N.J. this weekend

steinbergalanj021610_optColumnist will discuss the Presidential race columnist and Monmouth University Political Science Professor Alan Steinberg is scheduled for a weekend appearance on "New Jersey Power and Politics" on News 12 New Jersey. The show is hosted by Jim McQueeny.

Steinberg served as Regional Administrator of Region 2 EPA during the administration of former President George W. Bush. Region 2 EPA consists of the states of New York and New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and eight federally recognized Indian nations. Under former New Jersey Governor Christie Whitman, he served as Executive Director of the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission.

Steinberg, a Republican will be discussing the U.S. Presidential race and the possibility of a brokered Republican National Convention.

The show is broadcast on News 12 New Jersey this weekend at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on both Saturday, January 28, 2012 and Sunday, January 29, 2012.
