Adding jobs through deregulation

What this state needs is to abolish the outdated laws and regulations that have hampered out ability create jobs. I am hopeful that the Market Competition and Consumer Choice Act, which allows for competition between cable and telephone companies, will create much needed jobs for New Jersey!
