How could anyone negotiate for two years without finalizing a contract? Cablevision has a history of this sort of thing since they do not want to pay for anything. People that have a choice should switch to FIOS, Dish or Direct TV and hurt Cablevision where it hurts them most--subscribers leaving. Remember, Cablevision refuses to carry the NFL Network and that alone should drive one to another provider.
