I am one of the 400,000 Americans suffering from the debilitating disease multiple sclerosis. I am NOT a desperate person with an illusion of a miracle cure. I am a MS patient and a nurse who knows first hand that marijuana relieves my symtoms of pain and spams. Marijuana provides me a quality of life I would not have otherwise. Outdated laws that make patients into criminals are inhuman and only serve to unnecessarily prolong the suffering of seriously ill patients. The passage of this bill is long over due!
