I am a little suspect as to whether these "public interest" groups really have the public interest in mind when throwing around what this bill's going to do...and thanks Seagul for the thing on Brodsky that's amazingly depressing for the report's validity. I think if these public interest groups really had the public in mind they'd lay off on this one, support the bill, and actually let the consumer come out ahead, as opposed to the unions that are apparently footing their bill.
