My heart goes out to the family for their tremendous loss. We need not place blame, as many would like to do when something so tragic happens. But it is just that..a tragedy. We, as parents, need to make sure we constantly remind our children to be careful and have common sense: you don't walk alongside a highway, you don't go swimming in the ocean when no one else is around, you don't cross the street without looking both ways. Well, you also don't walk on OR near the railroad tracks...period.
