teenager's gonna grow up to murder people

it was a puppy that somehow got away from the owner. it does happen to the most responsible of us. that being said, the child didn't have to go to that extreme with a friggin shovel for cryin out loud. on a little dog???? ignorance and extreme hate in that move. he should be charged with excessive use of force or something. that pup didn't have to die. and people really need to teach their kids on how to act with other people's dogs, same way they teach em about strangers.

what the hell is wrong with this society, teenagers are considered young adult and should pay for this crime, and If I was the owner of this puppy, I sue his parents as well for no dam reason,, a puppy is a puppy, normal playing, This teen needs seek some professional as well jail time, it's murdered,,,,,, put the stupid ass teen in jail,,,, and let him/her rot....

Too many teenagers in any country, I have seen too many killings nationwide, and their governments need to step up and do something NOW, it's getting out of hand big time.

This teenage boy was so filled with rage that he savagely beat a puppy to death, and yet, no charges have been brought against him. What's next for this young man? Will his next innocent victim be a toddler? The boy needs help, and he needs to be removed from the public arena for the safety of everyone. Also, NJ needs to establish and support strong laws against animal cruelty. End the cycle of violence.
