Today can be someone's lucky day. He or she can become the next Powerball multi-millionaire and have $310 million to do whatever they might wish.
Well, we all can dream.
The current Powerball jackpot makes this prize the 11th largest lottery jackpot in U.S. history and fourth-largest Powerball jackpot ever. The largest lottery jackpot was $390 million Mega Millions in 2007, and the largest Powerball jackpot ever had been $365 Million, back in February of 2006, when eight winners split the prize.
So, many of us- today and tomorrow- will invest in a $2 ticket, and will be going to bed dreaming of big things and all of the possibilities; minds warmed by the prospect of that potential tropical sun drenched retirement.

There weren’t any Powerball winners on Wednesday’s numbers. However, there were five players who matched the first five numbers for a $1 million prize in Georgia, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, and in North Carolina, as reported by USAMega.Com.
The next drawing will be tonight, Saturday Feb. 11, 10:59 p.m. EST.
