Whatever you think of today’s new trends, some of them need to be stopped. The so-called "zombie apocalypse" has now moved on to Stockholm. An associate professor at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden has reportedly cut off his wife’s lips with a knife and then eaten them.

Times Live reported that the 52-year-old unnamed associate professor had suspicions that his much younger wife was having an affair and had allegedly decided to punish her by disfiguring her. His first marriage had ended just weeks before he married his second wife.

An unnamed source said the man ate his wife’s lips so they could not be sewn back on to her. The professor didn’t appear to have any remorse, saying that his wife is the one who offended him.
