"Teen Mom" could end up with one less mom for a reunion.

Amber Portwood, who appeared on the MTV show, has been sentenced to a five-year jail sentence. She will likely be paroled after two years, CNN reports.

Portwood had been in drug rehab but dropped out of the program last month, after failing to take a urine test. It is reported that she knew the judge would send her back to jail.

Portwood's sentence stems from a felony drug charge in December 2011, when she was caught in possession of prescription drugs without an actual prescription.

She had initially been arrested on domestic assault charges for attacking her on-again, off-again fiancé, Gary Shirley, who is the father of her 3-year-old daughter and retains custody. Following the assault, she spent a month in jail, and the drug charge was part of her plea deal, reports CNN.

Meanwhile, MTV has announced that season four will be the final season of "Teen Mom."
