Is there any comparison between Peyton Manning and Tim Tebow?
It is safe to say that Manning is a much better quarterback than Tebow. The Denver Broncos seem to agree, and it has been reported by NBC Sports that if Manning chooses to sign with Denver, Tebow would be on the way out.
Tebow’s style of play has been a hot topic in the NFL since he entered the league. Many believe that the great Florida Gator would not have the makeup to be a great NFL quarterback.
Tebow has not commented on the rumors, and NBC Sports also reported that Manning’s arrival in Denver has “rattled” the current quarterback.
National NFL Insider Mike Freeman has reported that there are two main reasons that Denver has a slim chance of landing Manning.

Mark Sanchez vs. Peyton Manning is over: Is Tim Tebow in trouble?
The first is that he does not want to be on the same roster as Tebow, but at the same time he does not want to be seen as the guy who pushed Tebow out of Denver. Because of the “Tebowmania” that took over this past NFL season, Manning does not want to upset the many Tebow supporters that are in Denver.
The second reason is because of Manning’s agent Tom Condon. Condon, who is one of the biggest agents in the NFL, recently formed a partnership with Jimmy Sexton, another very powerful NFL agent. Although this does not seem to have anything to do with Manning coming to Denver it does. Sexton represents Tebow, and it seems that the new power partnership would not want two of their biggest clients fighting for playing time.
If Manning chooses Denver, it seems that Tebow will be traded or released and will not have the opportunity to learn the position under arguably the greatest quarterback ever. The Jacksonville Jaguars have been rumored to be in the mix for a Tebow trade which would make sense because of Tebow’s star power while playing for the University of Florida.
