Due to deteriotating conditions along New Jersey’s waterfront, officials in Hoboken, N.J. are instituting a curfew.
According to the Hoboken website:
Hoboken, NJ - Monday, October 29th, 2012
A curfew will be in effect for the City of Hoboken from 6:00pm, October 29 until 1:00pm, October 30.
Due to the strong wind, two power lines are already down at 2nd St & Madison St and 6th St & Park Ave. PSE&G is on the scene, but downed power lines pose a hazard and it is critical that residents stay inside.

Meanwhile, across the river in Manhattan, a crane hangs from a 90-story building known as “One57” at 57th St. and 7Th Ave., reports ABC 7 Eyewitness News. Streets near the building have been closed as a precaution.
