I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THE PARENTS THOUGHT IT WAS OK FOR THEIR CHILDREN TO GET INTO THE RIVER WHEN NONE OF THEM COULD SWIM. Don't get me wrong, this is a terrible story. But, the parents are at fault for being careless. Mother nature played her part but if they can't *ucking swim then they shouldn't have been in the water
