Are you serous? This is the dumbest thing I ever heard of. Say I car pool with some friends who work at the same place or are just passengers in my car I should silence their ability to finalize a meeting, call their wifes say good night to their kids because my awesome car came with a device that jammed cell phones. How about not being an idiot and creating laws to police the world. Next were going to be required to not drive at night as it is more dangerous. Or maybe we should be required to pull over when it rains or snows. We could also create more laws to stop people from speaking their oppinions that might help people like you stop making such misinformed comments.
