The Powerball Lottery hasn’t had a jackpot winner since June 23, so its top prize is going up like the temperatures.
There was no winner in Saturday’s Powerball drawing, so the jackpot for Wednesday, August 1 will be rising to $158 million. The cash option value is an estimated $107.3 million.
According to delawareonline.com, the winning Powerball numbers for Saturday, July 28 were 5, 6, 13,36, and 50. The Powerball was 13, and the Power Play multiplier was 3.
Four tickets matched the first five numbers without getting the Powerball. Two used the Power Play option, and were worth $2 million each. The other two won $1 million, one coming from nearby Pennsylvania.

The ticket was sold at the Cranberry Shop ‘n Save, according to TribLIVE. No winner has yet come forward. Store manager John Barley said employees were looking at store footage to try to determine the winner, but lottery officials would not reveal the time the winning ticket was sold.
In New Jersey, some good things are happening in Passaic County recently. Lottery.com reported that a winning Jersey Cash 5 ticket worth $149,410 for the drawing of Wednesday, July 25 was purchased in Paterson, Passaic County.
In Clifton, Passaic County, a Jersey Cash 5 winner worth $153,393 was sold for the drawing of Saturday, July 21, according to lottery.com.
A Mega Millions jackpot of $52 million was won in Fremont, California this past Friday, according to the San Jose Mercury News. No one immediately came forward to claim the jackpot. Its estimated cash value was $40.5 million.
