One more Mega Millions jackpot rollover will have the top prize on the verge of reaching the $200 million mark.Fourteen consecutive Mega Millions lottery drawings have now gone by without a grand prize winner, which means the number will rise again for the next drawing on Friday.
Estimated annuity jackpot for the Mega Millions drawing of Friday, November 22 is now $181 million, according to the game’s web site. The cash option value will be $98 million.
The winning numbers for the Mega Millions drawing of Tuesday, November 19 were 14, 15, 29, 49, and 63. The Mega Ball was 2. USA Mega reported that tickets from Georgia and Massachusetts were able to get the first five numbers correct without matching the Mega Ball to win $1 million each.
Two New Jersey players had better luck winning the Mega Millions third prize of $5,000, pocket change by no means. The New Jersey Lottery web site reported that one of the tickets was sold at an A & P in Edison of Middlesex County, while the other was purchased at Delta Mini Mart LLC in Parsippany of Morris County.
The New Jersey Lottery web site also reported that two tickets each won $78,184 in the Jersey Cash 5 drawing from Monday, November 18. One winning ticket was sold at an A & P in Closter of Bergen County, and the other was bought at a 7-11 in Rahway of Union County.
In Powerball news, a ticket for a portion of a jackpot from May 25 of this year expired on Thursday, November 21 because it was not claimed. According to Lottery World, the Powerball jackpot was worth $50 million, and the winner’s one-third share would have been $16.6 million. The ticket was purchased in Tampa, Florida.
