Adults are warned agianst people who hit/bump into your car only waiting for you to get out and you are raped, killed or just left on the side of the road waiting for a new nut to drive up. The terror of getting into trouble with your parents for being in an "accident" would cause any kid to forget it might not be a good idea to get out of thier car. Time limits for driving, how many people in the car are good ideas. Seat belts, cell phones and other distractions apply to everyone already.
