2011 NFL Draft: St. Louis Rams analysis and prediction

WHERE THEY NEED HELP: wide receiver, outside linebacker, defensive tackle.

ANALYSIS: Sam Bradford justified his selection as the first pick in the draft last year. Now the Rams need someone for him to throw to. On defense the Rams need an outside linebacker for the 3-4 defense, and a run stopping defensive tackle.

WHAT THEY SHOULD DO: If Julio Jones is there, they grab him with the 14th pick. However, his stock has been climbing in recent days, and he may be off the board to either the Browns or the Redskins.

If they want the outside linebacker, pass rushing end, they select Aldon Smith, of Missouri, who is believed to be able to play both positions in the NFL. If they go inside at the defensive tackle position they could select Corey Liuget of Illinois.

WHERE THEY ARE EXPECTED TO USE THE FIRST PICK: Want Jones, but select Aldon Smith, Defensive end Missouri
